Join us live at our first international pop-up experience.

Experience HEIREST in-person at Prim Haus, Sydney.

When: 10am - 4pm, Wednesday 30th September.

What to expect?

  • Try-On: View over 200 jewellery pieces live and in-person. Try on your favourite pieces and feel our craftmanship for yourself.
  • Live Configurators: experience our site live, design and build your dream piece. Save your design to your account and be in to WIN your design!
  • Complimentary Goody Bags for all attendees: all attendees will walk away with a complimentary HEIREST goody bag containing a travel pouch, HEIREST diamond cleaning pen, and cleaning cloth.

Walk-ins available however limited as capacity within the room will be limited for security reasons.

What should I expect?

Your HEIREST Experience is a 30-minute session with our team. You'll have the opportunity to view and try on pieces from our collection, explore the configurator in person, and work through your design with guidance. There's no pressure to purchase on the day - the session is yours to use however is most useful.
Is there a booking fee?

No - there is no charge to secure your spot. Access is complimentary. Simply book in to secure your place and prevent disappointment due to the limited capacity of the space!
What pieces will be available to view?

A curated selection from our collection will be available in person, including earrings, rings, necklaces, bracelets and pendants. All pieces are also available to explore and configure via the HEIREST configurator during your session.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule my appointment?

We totally understand that plans can change! We ask that where possible you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, to allow the spot to become available to another customer. Please use the reschdule or cancel buttons within your confirmation email to adjust your appointment.
