Made to Order
Every HEIREST piece is made to order. From the date of purchase, please allow 2 to 4 weeks for your piece to be crafted, dispatched and delivered.
You will receive a photo of your hand-picked stone before production begins, and a photo of your completed piece before dispatch.
How Your Order Travels
Every order is:
- Fully tracked from our design studio to your door via DHL Express
- Fully insured for the total value of your piece
- Dispatched with signature required on delivery
