House of HEIREST is our loyalty program. Every HEIREST account becomes part of the House of HEIREST, unlocking personalised experiences, exclusive access and rewards that grow over time.

How do I sign up?

Membership is complimentary when you create your HEIREST account.
Does it cost anything to join?

No. Membership is complimentary when you create your HEIREST account.
How do I earn points?

You earn points every time you shop with HEIREST, as well as through selected activities like completing your profile; saving designs, leaving reviews and referring friends.
How do I redeem my rewards?

Eligible rewards can be redeemed through your HEIREST account once you've unlocked them. Some rewards may be automatically included with your next eligible order.
How do the Tiers work?

Your membership tier is determined by the total points you've earned. As your Points grow, you'll automatically unlock additional benefits and exclusive experiences. We will keep you up to date with where you are at!
How do the birthday rewards work?

Eligible members receive a birthday voucher approximately six weeks before their birthday. Make sure you've added your birth date to your account to receive it. Birthday vouchers last 60 days.

Do my points expire?

Do physical rewards need to be redeemed?

Yes. Some rewards, such as jewellery boxes or jewellery gifts, are redeemed with a future qualifying purchase rather than being shipped automatically. You will need to select this in your cart.
What happens if I return or cancel an order?

If an order is refunded, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account. If a reward was redeemed using that purchase, HEIREST may adjust your points balance accordingly.
