HEIREST's bespoke service is for pieces that don't fit a template. A natural diamond sourced to a precise specification. A design that exists nowhere else. A combination of materials that means something particular to you.
The same standards apply as every HEIREST piece: the same quality process, the same documentation, and the same founder review before dispatch.
The Bespoke Process
1. Complete the form
Tell us what you have in mind. A rough idea, a reference image, a specific stone: share whatever you have.
2. We'll be in touch
Our team will follow up within 48hrs of receiving your inquiry, asking any additional questions to help us fully understand your vision and align on the design direction, if required.
3. Quotation
We'll prepare a detailed quote to your exact specifications. Nothing proceeds until you're happy with it.
4. CAD design
Once aligned, our skilled designers will produce a CAD drawing of your piece: a precise digital model to bring the design to life on screen.
5. 3D render
An interactive, photorealistic 3D render is produced so you can visualise the finished piece completely, from every angle, before production begins.
6. Production
Once you're 100% happy with the design, we proceed. From here, allow 3–4 weeks before dispatch.
The total process typically takes 6–8 weeks, depending on how quickly the design is confirmed.

What can I create through the bespoke service?
Anything outside the standard configurator: a natural diamond piece, an alternative setting, a different gemstone, or a fully custom design from scratch. If you can describe it, we can explore it.
Can I use a natural diamond in my bespoke piece?
Yes. Natural diamonds are available for bespoke projects. Our team will source to your specification and provide a full quote before any commitment is required.
How long does a bespoke piece take?
Timelines vary depending on the complexity of the design and any sourcing required. We will confirm an estimated timeline at the quoting stage. As a guide, the total process typically takes 6–8 weeks from initial inquiry to delivery.
How is a bespoke piece priced?
Each bespoke piece is quoted individually based on the design, materials, and complexity involved. You will receive a full quote before committing to anything.
What reference materials can I provide?
Photographs, sketches, descriptions, or inspiration images: anything is welcome. Reference materials are used for guidance. We do not replicate designs protected by intellectual property.
Is my bespoke piece covered by the same warranty?
Yes. All HEIREST bespoke pieces are backed by our lifetime manufacturing warranty, stone security warranty, and first resize warranty.
